If you unable to import Microsoft Outlook Contacts and getting error message: "Unable to import favorites: Store not configured?"
This maybe caused by either a BLANK (virtual) Microsoft Exchange account in the "Email" section or there's some integrity issues in your Outlook profile. Please check whether you are able to browse through you contacts and contact folders in Outlook. Also you can try to repair your .pst file see: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/ha010563001033.aspx.
