Web Client and Chrome extension are not functional due to recent changes made in Google Chrome. The error shown is: "SSL protocol error". We are working on a fix but right now you should use either a different Web browser or Desktop client to get access to myPhoneDesktop functionality.

Hi there, last Friday the error message was the SSL Protocl error, this morning it is -
"Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to myphonedesktop.com. SSL received a weak ephemeral Diffie-Hellman key in Server Key Exchange handshake message. Error code: SSL_ERROR_WEAK_SERVER_EPHEMERAL_DH_KEY
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem."
Regression Info: Firefox 69.0.2 on Windows 7.0 Pro, Service Pack 1 - ERROR as above
MPD app works ok on same computer (run from Notification Items pop up on task bar)
Web client works on same computer on Internet Explorer 11.0.96
MPD works from iPhone 8
Hope this is of some help: it would be convenient to have the Firefox version working

Previous tickets not responded to or closed without communication :-( I understand the delays and pressure on a support structure if this is a one-man company but please, please, please, these issues are ongoing-what can we as users do to help you?
