For OmniFocus, it only allows addition of one task at a time, it is rather inconvenient.
However, since OmniFocus (and many other task managers) supports importing tasks from Apple's Reminder / Siri, it is now possible to input a bunch of tasks into Reminder and get imported to OmniFocus's inbox.
The recent release of Agile Tortoise's Drafts 3 app supports submitting a multi-line text to Reminder as separate tasks.
I don't know how they do it, by Apple's Reminder official API (?) or by Reminder's URL action(?)? I have no idea, but it is possible now and it works.
OmniFocus is able to import them flawlessly.

Can you add supports for Apple's Reminder app?
By supporting Apple's Reminder app, you also indirectly add supports to many other task managers that import tasks from Reminder / Siri.
