Fuzzy Screen when I load the Program on my PC

When I log onto myPhoneDesktop and it loads on my computer screen it loads onto the screen, but it is so fuzzy, I can't read it and it loads two copies of the program, one over the other.  They are both semi-transparent.  Does anyone know why?  I have attached a file of what the program looks like.

  @Paul Wow… This is something new… Can you please tell me which OS (Windows, Mac or Linux) you are using. Also, had you tried to completely uninstall (recommended), download latest version from our site http://www.myphonedesktop.com/ (see right side bar) and reinstall it. Let me know...
