Fuzzy Screen when I load the Program on my PC

    @Paul Wow… This is something new… Can you please tell me which OS (Windows, Mac or Linux) you are using. Also, had you tried to completely uninstall (recommended), download latest version from our site http://www.myphonedesktop.com/ (see right side bar) and reinstall it. Let me know...
