Login to Support Forums is not the same as login to myPhoneDesktop account. Support forums are provided by a 3rd party Help desk software by Zendesk. To protect myPhoneDesktop user privacy we decided to keep myPhoneDesktop and Zendesk logins separate.

Still having problems?
If you are still having problems, try logging into your account using myPhoneDesktop Web or Desktop Client. Passwords are sometimes difficult to enter using iPhone keyboard. If you can successfully log in using Web or Desktop client, then you may have incorrectly entered your password on your iDevice.
