Hi. Great app, thanks ! I have a request / suggestion re the Windows desktop component.
Open the desktop app, & select phone. Now, click on the down arrow. It displays recent phone numbers and, below them, favorites. Select one of them, and you're returned to the main screen, with the chosen number entered. That's fine, BUT.....now, click on the down arrow again. This time, you see only the contact that you've just selected. So the down arrow is really a "search" function, whereby the drop-down arrow takes the info that is present in the phone number area, and displays only those contacts that meet the criteria. Again, that's fine. BUT what if I want to use a different contact, and I want to find that person using my mouse? I have to go to the number box, select the current content, delete it, then click the down arrow to show my list of favorites. Too many steps. So, I'd like to see 3 buttons: 1. search (use the box's content to find a contact - which is what the down arrow does -- maybe use a "spyglass" icon instead?). 2. Recent (show the last 10, or something). 3. Favorites (show ALL favorites, regardless of what content is currently in the number box). Thanks for listening, best wishes.
@Jlwhitton Thank you for using myPhoneDesktop. I am glad you like our app. Regarding your suggestion: I see your point. thank you. I already added into our development pipeline for future versions.
I just installed v1.7, and I see that you've already addressed this (by adding ctrl-click function, which opens the full contact list). Thanks, Alex!
@Jlwhitton Yes, we are fast :) (note you can also do Ctrl+Key Down). To help us grow (and provide new and cool features) - I would much appreciate if you would post a comment or two on Apple's app store. Even if you've rated an earlier version of myPhoneDesktop, you can still rate the current version, or post a comment. And of course, send us suggestions, feature requests, etc. Thanks!
Already have given 5 star review on App store; I'll update re/ 1.7.
Thank you. Thank you for updating your 5-star review (reviews are per version). Appreciate you support!
