Allowing special characters like pauses (comma) and * and #
This will help in dialing calling card and conference call favourites.

Also, FYI: since v1.5.1 we Extended recognition for phone numbers to allow support for some GSM codes in the form #<GSM_Code>#<phone_number> (e.g. #31#+1-212-555-1212) see http://linux.sgms-centre.com/misc/gsm_codes/ for more details on GSM codes.
