Auto Call whilst locked?

Is there a setting i need to change so that when my iphone is in sleep mode/locked and mpd is running in the background, it calls the number automatically instead of giving me a push notification?
This is kind of annoying, because every time i want to make a phone call from my desktop, i have to unlock my phone first, I want to be able to make calls without having to touch the phone, is this possible?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Daniel,
Unfortunately, at the moment, this is not possible due to Apple restrictions. This said, we are working in implementing this functionality in future update. Stay tuned!

Regardless, this is still a great app, the auto call feature would be the icing on the cake.

I purchased myphoneDesktop to function as an autodialer for my iPhone. Since I work with a headset, it would be convenient not to have to touch the phone to originate calls.
In regards to this thread, is the issue that Daniel mentioned limited only to when the phone is "locked", or even when the phone is unlocked, do you always have to respond to the push notification first to initiate the dialing action?
If it is an issue only when the phone is locked, what configuration is needed to allow auto-dialing when the phone is unlocked?

@William Regarding Call and SMS: at the moment it is not possible due to the restrictions imposed by Apple (regardless if iPhone is locked or not). As soon as ability to dial a number or send SMS without user explicit permission (or interaction) would be possible we would definitely extend mPD feature set. Thank you for understanding.
