I am trying to install myPhoneDesktop_windows_1_9_2 on my Dell Latitude E4310 which runs Windows 7, but it shows me following error:

An internal error occurred (error code: 34)
Log: C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Temp\i4j_nlog_14

please help me how to solve this issue? I already purchased the app from apple store which I want to use on my ipad 2
