How do I add notes to an Omnifocus task?

I am not sure how to add text to the notes field when sending a task to Omnifocus from myPhoneDesktop. I read the support document located here: http://support.myphonedesktop.com/entries/481739-how-to-add-to-do-tasks-using-myphonedesktop but it does not discuss the syntax for adding to the notes field.

You need to separate task's name and task's notes with comma "," like
* test task, this is test task's notes
where "test task" is task's title and "this is test task's notes" is notes portion...
