Desktop Clients and system-wide Shortcuts

System-wide shortcuts like Ctrl+C+C are currently supported only on the following OS:

  • Microsoft Windows
  • Mac OS X Snow Leopard (64bit Intel platform)
  • Mac OS X Leopard (64bit Intel platform)

running 10.6.7 on imac- have running ok on pc, but now placed on imac and shortcut will not work.

Have gone into setting applied shortcut and pressed apply.

@Lee This is an unexpected behavior so please open new troubleshooting ticket so we can help you to resolve this issue...
