Add multiple recipients for SMS

I'd love to add a list of phone numbers, separated by commas, to which I could send the same SMS message. The Mac application doesn't allow commas, and if I insert spaces between multiple numbers, the numbers are all joined together on the iPhone app.

Unfortunately due to Apple's restriction multiple receipient for SMS are not allowed. see also: http://bit.ly/cRQCuC
But I'm able to do it from my iPhone. Does the restriction take place before it gets to the iPhone?
Yes you can do it on iPhone, but unfortunately (as you correctely guessed) restriction comes before. URI Scheme for SMS: http://bit.ly/bFGXsW does allow for multiple recipient, but iPhone will drop any data that beyond single phone recipient (same applies to the BODY parameter of SMS). As soon as Apple would add appropriate support SMS messages, we will promptly add such functionality to myPhoneDesktop.
