Troubleshoot myPhoneDesktop iPhone Application

If you experiencing problems with myPhoneDesktop Application then there a couple common troubleshooting options you can follow:

  • Restart your iPhone
  • Reinstall myPhoneDesktop Application
  • Hold down the "Home" button. Pressing and holding the "Home" button for 6 or more seconds should get you our of frozen application
