i modified the send to myphonedesktop script to paste into the desktop client so you can go to addressbook and have the phonenumber pasted into the client and then type away an sms or whatever you would like to do. the other script will only send directly to the phone. enjoy. if anyone comes up with a launchbar script that would be cool.
